Refund policy

If you wish to return a product without any reason, a delivery and packaging charge of up to 400 PKR will be applied. This amount covers return shipping and handling costs. Refunds will only be processed after the returned item is received and inspected.

If the return is due to our mistake (wrong item sent or damaged product received), we will send a replacement free of cost. The customer will only pay for the original product price, with no additional charges.
